NORTH INDIAN HILL STATIONS

It's summer time again. As usual the scorching heat is simply becoming unbearable. This is a perfect time to go vacationing at a hill station. Imagine yourself surrounded by beautiful Valleys, snow covered mountains and far far away from sweltering heat. In northern India some grand hill stations are situated .Go to any of these places for that perfect summer holiday.
We will begin with Nainital. This is a lovely hill station. Situated in Kumaon hills, it has a landscape that is outstanding. The surrounding view is marvelous. Beautiful hills are around this town. Also to enhance its appeal , picturesque lakes are present too in great numbers. You can also go for trekking in Nainital. Take a ride on the aerial rope way; there are plenty of tourist spots that you should check out. Begin with Snow view point. This place allows you to take in the beauty of some of the the majestic Himalayan mountains; make Cave gardens your next stop. Also go for The Mall Road, along with the Zoo. Let's move on to our next stop Almora. This hill station is in Uttarakhand. As you take a look around, you will find yourself surrounded by beautiful mountains, with snow on top, and wonderful specimen of flora. There are cool tourist attractions to check out in this place; you can begin your journey from Lakhuudiyar this is said to be a prehistorical site, here you can watch cave paintings done in Bronze age. If you are a nature lover you will want to check out Deer park, this is the dwelling place of deer and other interesting animals. Also check out the mall and also the museum, among the exhibits, check out those that belonged to ancient dynasties. Another popular hill station is the capital of Himachal Pradesh ,yes, we are now in Shimla. This was in the colonial era was the summer capital of the British. Beautiful valleys complemented by spectacular hills along with Pine, Oak trees dotting the landscape, Shimla is a must visit for you. For sight seeing you can go to the Ridge, Mall, Summer Hill, and if you play golf then go down to Naldehra, it has a golf course. Also take a good look at the architectural wonders of the bygone era. Make your next stop at Dalhousi. This town is in the western side of the Dhauladhar range of mountains. Majestic mountains wrapped up in snow, standing against the backdrop of clear blue sky, with green valleys sprawled below, the scenic beauty of this place is magnificent. You, should visit Pangi valley, from this place you can go for trekking , also go for golf course at Khajjiar, the beauty of this place is breath taking. Our next stop is Kangra valley. This place has some fascinating forests, orchards, and splendid view of the surrounding mountains make this spot a fantastic tourist spot. If you are a adventure sports enthusiast, then go for trekking, hang gliding here. It will be a memorable visit. Mussoorie is another hill station in the northern part, a graceful elegant place. Enjoy the mountain breeze, and move around to see Camel's Back road, Kempty Fall, Musoorie lake, Childer's lodge. If you happen to be a shopaholic, then don't miss the shawls.
