  • Most do not realize just how important quick reflexes are. Play games that help with reaction time such as dodge ball. Dodge ball is an excellent way to help improve your reflexes by throwing and dodging the balls all at one time. These types of games force you react and not think about what you are doing–besides it is fun. Video games may sound stupid but fast paced video games are known to increase hand-eye coordination.

First of all I would like to say that try to avoid silly reflex testers on the Internet, you can do it for fun but they will not improve your reflexes in any way. You can experiment with different things to get your reflexes going like having someone throw a soft pillow at you and see how fast you can block it. Play fights are always a good way to help reflexes but try not to harm each other otherwise it would be assault and you could get into trouble.

  • Play video or computer games a few minutes per day to improve your reflexes and increase hand-eye coordination. Try playing games that move quickly and involve active participation, and avoid slow-moving games that don’t require fast response times. Pinball machines can be found in arcades and bowling alleys, and they can help improve your reflexes and hand-eye coordination as well.
